In 2009, Francesca Truzzi and Davide Bortot made a life-changing decision by purchasing an old truck and transforming it into a mobile home to live and travel in, screening films around the world. Equipped with solar panels, the truck turns into an open-air cinema, with a professional screen hanging on its side and rugs for the audience. Over 13 years, they have traveled 230,000 km, holding screenings across three continents. They have two daughters, Zaira, 6, and Leila, 4. The pandemic interrupted their international travels but not their lifestyle.I met them in 2022, and since then, I have been following them on their journeys. They have collaborated with Italian authorities to create festivals and cultural events, raising awareness on topics such as the environment and migration. They also participate in humanitarian projects with the NGO Bambini nel Deserto. Their project is driven by the belief that access to culture is a human right and that sharing enriches everyone

To many, it may seem like an image of tranquility, but to the buiatra, that silence tells stories.Davide Bolognini is an Italian buiatra with 25 years of experience, a central figure in modern livestock farming. His profession combines sensitivity with advanced technical skills: from clinical care to surgery, from gynecology to pharmacological management. Tools like a portable ultrasound for reproductive management, field surgery equipment, and advanced techniques such as embryo transfer enhance the genetics of herds.The buiatra has evolved in recent years, working alongside farmers to improve the health and productivity management of livestock. He educates farmers on optimizing animal care while reducing the use of antibiotics. With growing attention to sustainability, he contributes to a balance between productivity, animal welfare, and environmental protection, fostering a more ethical and sustainable future.

In May 2023, Emilia-Romagna, one of Italy's most productive regions, was struck by a devastating flood caused by climate change and global warming. Four billion cubic meters of water inundated 16,000 square kilometers in two days, with 23 rivers overflowing, causing severe damage to homes, people, animals, and businesses, as well as compromising a portion of the cultural heritage. The library of the Archdiocesan Seminary of Forlì, housing 3 kilometers of volumes from 1400 to the present, was submerged by water and mud. A specialized recovery and restoration company, stepped in to "save history." The salvaged volumes were washed, frozen to prevent mold and fungi, and dried through sublimation. Rebirth of artworks contributes to the preservation of memory and a sense of community and serves as a bridge to the future, Conservation and restoration become acts of trust in the transformative power of culture, helping to build a resilient society aware of its own history.

The shadow of the show. Poking around the circus, the show, can be an infinite journey as the points that make up a circumference are infinite. Everyone knows and loves him as Morris the “cinemaio”, the artisan of the cinema.In this year of forced closure due to the pandemic, he decides to keep showing movies in an empty theater, sits on an armchair. He keeps the doors open to allow the inhabitants of the small town to hear the voices of the stories projected, while light come out to send a message: cinema exists, the show goes on.Resilience.Morris and sometimes his dog, as a sole spectator in a moment of great difficulty, with closed cinemas but with rents to be paid, hoping that lights won’t switch off forever.He drew movie theaters on his notebooks since he was a child. It happened he met the owner of a cinema in a small town near city of Bologna (Italy) and from that day Morris kept asking him to be part of that world so that he could live the ambience, including its red velvet fabrics, and the magic screen.
